CENTURY 21 NorthBay Alliance, originally House of Realty, was founded in 1984 by Charlotte Schlink and Beverly Caruso.  These two ladies planted their feet in Middletown and never looked back.

Being the late 1980's was not the greatest time for real estate, high rates, etc., the only local competition were two other real estate offices which were independents.  Charlotte and Bev hired a couple of agents for their office in Middletown and obtained a second location near the Hidden Valley Lake subdivision.  Eventually their real estate business flourished and they became one of the strongest real estate offices in Lake County.

In 2001, CENTURY 21 Alliance approached Charlotte and Bev to acquire their business, they agreed and CENTURY 21 House of Realty was born.

CENTURY 21 House of Realty quickly became a household name in South Lake County and eventually became the #1 Real Estate Office in Lake County (based on sales in 2004 from the Lake County Association of Realtors) and continue to be the # office in South Lake County.

All of our offices are open seven days a week and are always staffed with professional agents and support staff.  All of our agents are members of the Lake County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  All of our new agents attend Sure Start Training in our Santa Rosa office and all agents have access to continuous training.
